Founded in 2013 by Rachel and Jaryd Bernier-Green as a socially driven artisan bakery supplying Whole Foods and local coffee shops. Opened a café in the One Eleven Food Hall in Pullman in May 2019, aiming to expand their community impact.
Failed. What Happened?
The Pullman location closed on February 29, 2020, after roughly nine months, due to being unprofitable and operational challenges. The owners pivoted back to wholesale, retaining their production facility in East Garfield Park and continued supplying retailers like Whole Foods and Starbucks.
The remaining business closed in July 2022.
