By July 2022, Vejii initiated a Strategic Review Process to explore options such as equity or debt investment, asset sales, or mergers and acquisitions, due to challenging market conditions and cash needs. As part of the strategic review, Vejii announced plans to consolidate its B2C operations under the VeganEssentials.com domain, ceasing operations of ShopVejii.com.
